Prior to Event

Monday, December 8th - Friday, December 12th

Come help us transform the church into a Christmas Wonderland the week prior to the big event! If you're able to help, please sign up so we can connect with you and plan accordingly!!

Saturday, December 13th

There are many teams that you can serve on to help make Christmas for 508 spectacular! Whether you like to make crafts, connect with families, take pictures, or help park cars, there's a place for everyone to serve!

Parking Team - Parking Team members will assist in parking and organizing vehicles at the event.

Tour Guides - Tour Guides will  guide the families through the event on the day of.

Station Host - Station Hosts will be assigned a station that they will manage on the day of the event. Stations could vary from a craft to fun family games!

Gift Runner - Gift Runners will be responsible for bringing bags of gifts to each family's vehicle.

Cafe/Snack Team - Cafe/Snack Team members will be in charge of organizing and distributing snacks and refreshments.

I'm Flexible! - If you are someone who is willing to jump in where ever there are gaps - this is the role for you!

Clean Up Crew - Clean Up Crew members will break down our Christmas Wonderland the night of the 13th so we can be ready for church the following morning!
